I run outdoors, and go running at 6am before work. Last week it was between -3 and zero degrees centigrade on the days that I ran. That is between 26 and 32 degrees fahrenheit. Aiming for 100 miles this month. I know I went well over 100 last month but I am switching a lot of my miles from cycling to running and so they will be a little bit harder to mount up.

My yoga teacher blogged about doing this last week. I'm not sure that I'd manage the whole 108 though!

I started at 210lbs, and I did a lot of walking, cycling and swimming. I am now 168lbs and still walk, swim and cycle but have also started running. I also do yoga.

I want to maintain at 12st despite the many office parties, chocolates as presents from the children in my class and Christmas with the inlaws. I also want to keep going with my C25k programme.

2 miles walked today for a total of 153.5 miles this month. I am really pleased with my total, so a big thank you to Dinos and everyone on this thread for keeping me motivated! Ready for MYAC December now :bigsmile:

Yay a new thread for a new month! I found the November thread really motivating, looking forward to logging on this one to get me through Christmas.

I drink mainly water and fruit tea (which is about 4 calories per cup). I have the odd diet coke but try not to drink too much. When I want a coffee I go to Costa and have a Primo Skinny Cappuccino which has about 65 calories. A lot more calories than fruit tea, but it feels like a treat.

I am using the 60 second running plan first before doing the NHS C25k as I am asthmatic (and overweight) and I don't think I'll be able to keep up with the C25k straight away. I tend to feel sick if I exercise within an hour or so of eating. I prefer to exercise in the morning before breakfast.
