Great NSV! I teach a nursery class, and one of the parents of a child who left my class last summer didn't recognise me the other week as I have lost 40lbs since she last saw me. That felt good :bigsmile:

Still 168lbs, which I am enormously pleased about as this week has been very mince pie heavy!

I am doing the Zest C25k plan: http://www.zest.co.uk/running/train-for-a-5k-run/14-2.html It is a little bit gentler than the NHS one, although I intend to do the NHS one once I've finished. I am asthmatic so wanted to take it very steady.
