Hi! I've been using MFP for about a month now and I am still loving it. Almost 59 here and the weight comes off slow but I know I'm eating healthier than I was before and I keep reminding myself that this isn't a race.

I totally agree! I was spending a fortune to go to WW and then someone suggested I look into this. I logged both places for a few weeks and found that this was so much easier .... and free!! I love it
