The January Challenge.....
Walk, Jog, and/ or Run 50 miles. (or 60 miles if you are up for it )
Return to this thread and update you mileage daily or weekly, whatever works for you.
Feel free to join this thread even if its the middle of the month... the more the merrier.

Ahh sugar I saw the 100 mi one first but this is more my speed but if I can make it to 100 even better.. But definitely want to knock out 50 sounds like a great goal!!0
