Thanks for weighing in guys. I cut out coffee and am now taking a multi-vitamin, as well as eating some more carbs and i think things are improving. Yay!

I'm 33 and I live in Canada. I am trying to eat 1200, but some days I'm a little under (some a bit over). I guess I'm looking too closely at the extreme calorie counters... I don't know. Maybe you're right and this site isn't right for me. Seeing all this advice on how to restrict calories is definitely freaking me out.
