I have done that in the past. It has worked on a weight perspective only, because since fruits and veg are less calorific, you can eat more and stay in your limit. Bottom line, I find healthy foods keep me on track since I feel fuller, more energized and healthy.

Strickly Vegan. I started for health reasons, but then I saw Earthlings. I must admit seeing the images of where my 'food' used to come from freaked me out. Feces, pus, hormones, diseases..... I just couldn't put that in my body anymore! And I realised I consider animals as my equal.
