Welcome Shar!
I did reduce my BP easily in a months time; plain Quaker oatmeal for breakfast 3 to 4 times a week, roped back my sodium intake to under 1200mg a day, stopped eating (red) meat and eggs for 1 week, and added oranges/kiwi/sweet cherries and at least 1/2 an avocado to my daily intake.
I already drink plenty of plain water (one of those funny ducks that like plain ol water, LOL) so didn't need to worry about that.
Its very easy, and you will feel GREAT!
You can add the sodium column to your diary through settings (pardon, if you've already done that)0 -
