Thanks for your reply. I don't have a HRM. How would I figure out calories burned and such to make it custom?

I have access to medical journals not all would and you have to have a username and password. Paid journals. Anyway what I can share is this... http://www.fitsugar.com/Why-1200-Calories-Day-Important-When-Dieting-13080864 there are plenty of other articles on the internet to search. Here is also a blog post right on MFP…

3 egg whites scrambled, with baby spinach, rf feta, baby bella mushrooms, and red onion. I made two servings so I have a quick breakfast to heat up for work tomorrow.

No Trader Joes nearby but I do have avocado's so I could add those and use less dressing for sure.

Thank you I am going to look right now.

I don't really have this problem at least not yet... I can see it happening a time or two. My problem is not being able to reach my calorie goals sometimes by a lot... sometimes I don't even hit 1200 (without exercising). I can't eat when I am not hungry but I am eating very healthy. For example my breakfast was scrambled…

That is helpful, thank you. I don't think I've seen cooked meat vs. raw meat as an option when I've created a recipe or just logged what I ate.

I am new here and very vulnerable I would appreciate nicer replies if that isn't what this board is about (support) then maybe I need to be elsewhere any way. I can handle constructive criticism and hearing what I don't want to hear just fine but being rude to me when I am here for support (and presumably we all are) is…

Also, if your diet contains less than 1200 calories no matter what your weight you likely aren't going to lose weight according to studies. This includes burning off say 400 on a…

I am here for support not comments like this.

That's all fine and dandy and I do have a scale to do so, but, even so when I type something in with the measurements I get different calorie counts its frustrating. ETA: Sorry meant to quote and reply here.

Thank you Deluda I will :)

meh' I did well on Weight Watchers. When I did it it was ages ago so not the new system either. At least 7 or 8 years ago I did it. Lost what I needed to loose and kept it off for a few years. My weight issues now have nothing at all to do with Weight Watchers. Here is one article... <a…

I am going to have to find something I read so I don't look like an idiot here... but I didn't explain myself well either. I've read something negative calorie foods or something when eaten usually raw it takes more calories to eat them/digest or something like that than they are so they are sort of "free" foods…

Thanks Jason :) I will. What pill are you using?
