Wow. I love this. I am laughing so hard I just know I am burning calories. I am going to have to send this to my dear husband who also gifted a workout plan for me and the older ladies of the neighborhood. AKA the merry widows- Thelma and Louise.

I have heard that a good Spin Class can burn up to 800+ calories in one session. :noway: I am down for that... I am burned out on the StairClimber and the Elipitical Machine. I dont want to start weight training until I get down to a desired weight. And so I am off. but open to any and all tips:bigsmile:

I too do not like to work out when the gym is packed. Today I will venture into the land of matching workout gear and the skinny PTA Moms with nothing to do in the morning but drape themselves over the treadmill and chat. MOVE OUTTA THE WAY.
