    Good Luck. We can do this. I plan to start with the physical portion of my workout tomorrow. Ok... I will make it to the Gym and go from there. Sometimes that is the hardest part. I'll let you know how it goes.

    Good luck. i just joined myself a few days ago and I think I have lost a few pounds. This has been a great site very helpful.
