Had a great week! :D This weekend, I have gotten many chores done (including laundry) and am generally feeling better about myself, which is giving me the energy to be more active! Down 3 lbs this week. Next weekend, my brother is getting married (small family affair)…so I will be eating out a bit…hopefully I will be able…

Tried to send you a message.,,but didn't go through.....I would love to add you as a friend if you are interested.... We are in a similar position, but I started in October....

So, the first week out I gained...Thanks TOM. But I made up for it this week. I’ve had my most active week since re-starting my weight loss journey on 20Oct16. (I got in 12,149 fitbit steps in yesterday). That all resulted in a week loss of 3.6 lbs. This puts me back on track for the 1 pound a week goal for each week this…

I did not have a chance to check in yesterday, so I am posting today, with yesterday’s weight. (Note: Today, TOM is gone, and I am back down to 194.4 – the correct direction)... I survived the holidays without a gain, then gained the first week in January (Thanks TOM!). The weather has warmed up again, and I was able to…

Back on track again, after the Holidays, and a cold week which kept me indoors. Also TOM just left. I had a short walk yesterday and am anxious to get back into the exercise routine this week. Hope everyone has a great week! Jenn Date Weight Change for Week Change from all-time high of 226# 10/24 - 220.0 Week Change: NA…

I lost 10 lbs my first week too...quite a bit of water weight. The second week it was 6, then 3, then 1-2 since. Just don't give up when you stop seeing big losses. 1-2 lbs a week, every week leads to big results!

Looking to lose another 55 (already down 31.4). I am open to new friends.

I sprinkle flax seeds on my oatmeal in the am. Helps keep things moving. They will also help lower your cholesterol if you grind them (I just sprinkle whole - they pass mostly undigested).

You look amazing.....and I love the slippers

Very rude of her to say something. As a host, if i planned enough for 1 per person and one person was eating them all before anyone else had a chance to get one, I would be upset. (I'm not saying you did this, but it might have been her perception). I would not have said anything to that person, but kept it in mind for the…

Happy New Year everyone. I made my yearly goal and was down to 195.0 by 1 Jan 17. (Then I ate New Year’s dinner and went overboard >:) ). Today I am back on my diet/exercise routine and am working toward 52 lbs in the next 52 weeks to get closer to my ultimate goal weight. If I meet this, I will be 143 lbs by the New Years…

Ensure Milk Chocolate Shake (high protein)....my typical "on the way to church meal". Then a traditional (high salt) ham and scalloped potatoes for lunner (lunch/dinner), then back to the diet Monday. Happy New Year all.

Happy New Year everyone….I hit my goal for 2016 and was down to 195 lbs as of this morning. My goal for 2017 is to continue this trend. 52 lbs in 52 weeks will put me right at my goal of 140 lbs (well close, at 143 lbs). I wish everyone the best health and heart in their journey this year. Jenn Current Weight: 195.0 All…

Would love another friend. I am 5'8" and weigh 196.4# as of today. I restarted my weight loss journey in October 2016 and have lost 25 lbs since. I am looking to lose another 56.4 lbs (goal weight = 140). Right now, I am eating right (aside from this week :( which hasn't been a good one). And am working to increase my…

Traveled last week for work (ate out too much), then had Christmas this week (ate out too much and ate Christmas food – read eggnog – this week). I am up a bit this week, but am now back on track to continue my downward trend. My end of year goal (down 2# this week) and end of challenge goal (down 12 lbs in 5.5 weeks) are…

I think you have a typo in your goal weight.....(do you mean 150#?).....

I'm in...I have been doing another challenge...(Not Gain weight during the holidays Challenge) and have found it quite helpful in keeping me accountable. My current weight is 197.6 lbs (up 2# from last weigh in - due to no BM in 5 days and traveling for work and eating out with clients for 3 days) :frowning: For this…

Went grocery shopping last weekend (a week ago) and was able to eat healthy over the last week. As such, I am down 3.6 lbs this week. This week, I am doing my official weigh in on Sunday. I am traveling for work this week, and leaving the house at 4:30 am tomorrow (thus will not have time to officially check in). My goal…

My diary is open, I try to cook meals at home 5 nights a week, and keep my calories closer to 1200...but with what I eat, you can easily eat larger servings, full servings, and be at about 1500. I tend to cook dinner for my husband and myself and then eat leftovers the next day. I have re-started my weight loss journey…

Love wine and drink it with most meals and craft cocktails - which I have less frequently. I just ensure I plan for the extra calories....And I generally give up alcohol for lent each year...However, I start to crave the wine about a week before Easter (when I am planning the Easter meal....mmmm).

TOM came this week. Before the visit, I was down to 200.2 (So close to onederland). Then I went up to 202.8. As of Sunday, I reached Onederland (199.6). Today (Monday), official weigh-in day, I am back to 200.2 lbs. Hopefully by next week (or the following at the latest), I will permanently be in onederland. Also “New”…

MFP lets you cross post to FB. Everything I post here on my home page also posts to my FB page. I am far from a Narcissist. (How can I be when I weigh over 200#s?). But my FB friends are people I truly know and am using it as an accountability forum.

Heavier :(

A Clean Office, a new date book, and Onederland. I have a new date book, am at 200.2...So I think, I will hit 2 of the 3...but cleaning my office....UGH

I am twice the person I was. I was 122# in high school (was up to 226, but down to 202 now). I have 10X the self confidence and self worth as I did then. (Now just to get the body back).

Onederland..... (I weigh myself daily and expect fluctuation). My weights since 1Dec16: 202.8, 204.2, 203,0, 203,0, 203.0, 201.8, 200.2, 202.8 (This looks like i am fairly stable just above 200, but I am actually down 19# since I restarted on 23Oct16 - that is if you use today's weight, not yesterdays).

My husband did (even before I started working on my weight) and tells me he loves me and that I am beautiful. I am losing weight for me (to get healthy and to be able to enjoy a more active lifestyle).

Go somewhere that has farm to market foods (cooked in a healthy way) or check website for nutritional information before you go, so you can make a sensible decision. And I always eat lower calorie breakfast and lunch if I know I am eating dinner out (just so I am not crazy over calories)
