I have to travel for my job (much less now than previously), but I am still traveling about once a month and am gone for 3 days. Does anyone else travel for work? I have problems getting enough water daily. I drink plenty during/after I work out, but cannot stand to stomach it the rest of the day. I drink coffee (black, no sugar/sweetener) in the morning.:drinker: Is it ok to substitute club soda (no sweetener, no flavor) for water during the day?
