Getting enough water

I have problems getting enough water daily. I drink plenty during/after I work out, but cannot stand to stomach it the rest of the day.

I drink coffee (black, no sugar/sweetener) in the morning.:drinker:

Is it ok to substitute club soda (no sweetener, no flavor) for water during the day?

    Have you tried the packets that flavor water? I love the new Lipton honey sweetened ones. Most are 10 calories per pack. I find if I put one in my 24oz tumbler my water disappears. Not sure about the club soda thing though.

    Instead of club soda, try sparkling water (they are different). It also comes in flavors.
