  • I know that feeling of obsessing over how many calories everything has. For me it helped to plan my meals for a day. At the start of the day I would plan what I am going to eat that day, leaving about 200-300 calories 'open'.   • That is amazing!!! :D Don't worry about not being to motivated right now. You are still losing something and, most importantly, not gaining. You'll find something to motivate you again!
  • I usually use yuzu ponzu. Its a Japanese dressing (and no oil). It should be available at an asian supermarket or a store that specializes in Japanese foods.
