I made my @NovusDies inspired spreadsheet Since I started logging on 7/10/19 to 8/15/19 Lost = 22.8 pounds Pounds per week = 4.4 TDEE for the whole time = 4894 Average calorie intake = 2737 Using tdee 4800 calories my projected weight is 1 pound off my current weight.

I just made 2 containers 60g rolled oats 120g danon light and fit vanilla yogurt 50g 1% milk 20g semisweet chocolate chips 20g blueberries on top I will let you know how it turns out when I wake up this afternoon π΄

Getting frustrated with the scale, my logical brain understands that it is not the end all be all. My emotional brain is getting big green hulk angry that I have weighed 403.something for 5 days in a row. I want to see 399.9 already. Is it vacation time yet?

Your Garmin does a tdee calculation? I have fitbit and it does a calorie burned calculation I honestly havent paid much attention to. I tried to figure my own tdee up and came up with a high number 4800 calories. Using a tdee calculator on the internet it told me about 4300 calories. Using my 4800 calculated number andβ¦

Today's goals Upping the step goal to 15k, shooting for 20 minutes on the elliptical at gym as part if that 15k. Stay on track as far as logging and calories Try to get 7 hours of sleep

I always wonder how accurate those calculations are myself. I never adjust my calorie intake based upon exercise calculations anyway, but it does interest me, and maybe further down my journey it might be something that I will have to consider.

I agree, I hate that one day I could be at my low weight them for no reason gain 2 pounds the next. To help combat this I took a question from @NovusDies and created a scatter plot graph with a trend line. I log my weight everyday and as long os the trend stays in the right direction I count it as a win. Gotta love thoseβ¦

Didnt get much sleep today, gotta love third shift. Tomorrow is my 1 month of tracking "this time". I was hoping to be below 400 pounds, but unless I go sit in a sauna for a couple hours and dehydrate it isnt gonna happen. Still lost almost 20lbs in 1 month, I will have exact number tomorrow. Not bad, definitely feelβ¦

I agree with the overestimation theory. It seems like everyday they tell me I burn way more than I eat. I am with you though, I just eat the same and say whatever to their estimate.

I guess I should add, i put it in my lunch box so the fruit is not frozen by the time i eat it. When I am making for at home I nuke fruit to thaw first.

I eat dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt, comes in a purple container. That with frozen fruit in it makes a good break time snack. Usually my ratio is 200g of fruit to 100g of yogurt.

Keep your head up, it's ok, a lot of people when losing weight struggle with binge eating. Sounds like you handled it well. As you have told others, regroup, log your best estimate, move forward.
