I was that way until I made it a point to drink more water! Sometimes I have found that im not really hungry just more thirsty! Are you also doing cardio because you have to burn the fat around the muscles for them to show and lose inches!

I like whole wheat toast and peanut butter on crazy mornings!! Also hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks make great snacks!!

First of all dont beat yourself up!! Its one day!! And try adding some strength training to your mix! It may not seem like a big calorie burner but muscle burns more calories in the long run than fat so just keep up the good work and you will be one of those skinny people that you hate soon enough!!

Check out cleaneating. com! She has whole menus that are put in a cooler!! I dont think they are vegitarian but you could sub out some of the meat for other forms of protein and still get the same weight loss!

Yes eat because it is WAY easier to not stuff your face afterward and youll have more energy which you will need for Zumba!!

You should look and see what your protein is coming from. If its lean protein (chicken, fish) or nuts and beans I wouldnt be worried but if its red meat the saturated fat could hinder weight loss

Sometimes you can find tutorials on Youtube for free! I LOVE Zumba!! Have started teaching as a sub and no you dont have to be coordinated just keep moving and you will burn calories!

I too love mexican food and thave substituted whole wheat tortillas or brown rice when I can or added some of the same flavors to other dishes!! I dont know how authentic they are but I feel like it has helped! Also try a sharper flavored cheese because you can get the same flavor with less cheese!!

Yes!! I love Zumba too and it is a great way to get your body moving!! The weight will come off faster if you add strength training along side of it but you definately burn calories and have a great time!!

I try to stay below for calories fat and sugars! Sugars tend to store the fat aroung your midsection (or at least it does for me) so I have seen that get smaller since I gave that up!
