I like best : - cookie dough - apple pie - raspberry white chocolate In the store that sells them in my town, I can choose my 12 different flavors and still have the rebate for 1 box. The only one I dislike is the cinnamon one Hope this help !

I was supposed to go into maintenance a few weeks ago... I ate 1500 cal to lose an average of a pound a week for 6 months...Then I stopped completely losing : same weight for 3 weeks in a row... overnight oatmeal ! half a pack of organic oatmeat 1-2 tbsp of 1% milk anyfruit you like , diced (kakis are my favourite) greek yogurt leave it in the fridge overnight ! if you have some room for healthy fats : nuts on top nom nom nom :bigsmile:

5`4 130 lbs and pants size from 4 to 8 depending on the brand ! I am a classic hourglass so dresses fit me better though ;-) I need to wear a belt with most ot my pants now cause I am probably a 4 in the waist area and an 8 in the booty area ;-))))

I will start with just my body weight as well .. You , SO, motivated me to start, I was a little bit worried to be ridiculous with just my body weight as a start. Thank you for posting, you've just encouraged me a lot :flowerforyou:

I started the bridge from 5k to 10 k today. I'll keep you updated if you want :flowerforyou: I am still quite astonished how this app helped me from coach to 5 k, so I hope it will be as effective :bigsmile:

Hi :flowerforyou: Weight loss is not linear . Don't worry, keep doing all the good work ! I noticed that whne I stall sometimes for 2-3 weeks thaen the 4th week I lose the amount I was supposed to lose on those blank weeks as if it was added (?) Good luck with your weight loss Caro xxx

Ripped in 30 : Level 2 day 4... I hate those planks with a passion and I can't seem to finish it. May be I'll do 2 weeks of the Level 2 ? It' s not painful to just get out of beds in the mornings , YEAHHHHH :bigsmile: Woot woot , we can do it !

Hi Shredders ! I started Ripped in 30 (another J. Michaels' DVD). Week 2 Day 4 I find it very difficult but I do the modifier version to make it bearable :tongue: I did the 30 day shred a few months back but stopped in the middle of it :sad: Now I hope I'll be more commited xxx

C section hater here :bigsmile: I did the 30 day shred , it's better but not bikini proof :sad: So I just started ripped in 30 combined with 6 week-6 pack, I'll let you know (day 3 only here !)
