I started MFP the end of may so it has been two months....I started the 30 day shred about a month ago...however because of school and things I have not been doing it daily and just finished level one and I just wanted to let everyone that no matter what pace you do the shred it still helps....So here is my measurements before and after the first level that took a month
Before: Now:
WT 244.6 226.6
Neck: 16.5 15.5
Waist: 47.5 44.5
Hips: 53 50
I can't really tell that I have lost any weight or inches but the numbers don't lie....I will be starting level two this week and hopefully it won't take as long because this is my last week of summer classes. I tried to do pics but Im not very good at taking them of my self and I wouldn't dare let anyone else take them

The shred is hard but it pays off !
Congrats and good luck with the other levels :flowerforyou:0 -
Keep at it! Great job! I look at the scale sometimes and want to kick it where the sun don't shine, but my clothes don't lie! I have some wiggle room where before there wasn't room to breathe-much less move! So, with that said, inches mean a lot! Good for you!0

Good for you! I really wanted to commit to doing 30DS 30 days in a row, but sometimes life is too crazy. Glad to know we can get results even with out doing it daily. Keep up the hard work!0

The measurements are key when doing the shred. I didn't lose any weight when I did it before, but I lost quite a few inches and could see a difference in myself. I never finished it though because I sprained my knee like a dummy--lol, but I can't wait to do it again and make it all the way through!0

Great job - keep it up! Every bit helps as you have found!0
