If I feel I have too much sodium I just drink lots of water that day and the next to flush it out. You will retain water when you have too much sodium so BOTTOMS up with WATER YAAAY! :drinker:

I think this a good idea. I used to stop eating after 7pm but lately it's been a free for all so I think i'll return to my no eating after 7pm because that worked for me. Thanks

Take your calories up higher. Watch your salt intake as well it should be around 2300 mg a day. Are you sleeping well? And you may want to change up you workout as well they say the body gets used to the same routine in like 2 weeks so mix it up.
