    Nice work man. When I saw the 355 I figured you were 6'3" then I saw 5'11" on your profile. I too am 5'11" but starting at a much lower 292.

    I used to lift before starting my diet but it got real hard to lift and eat low cal for me.

    Keep up the good work man.
