I've heard that before as well but in fact by wearing a bra to bed it continously streches the tissue in your breast and in the long will make them sag even more so.

Definitely the machine!!! In my opinion! Thats crazy that it doubled, but everytime i use eliptical or treadmills MFP isn't far off from what i put. Plus its also better safe than sorry!!

I tihnk it has something to do with the time that you weigh yourself as well. I always tend to weigh less in the mornings. I would say to try to weigh yourself on different scales but always at the same time (like right in the morning because you are less likely to have the water weight and bloating).

That seems extremely high!! I use the elipitical at the gym and it always tells me around 430 for every 40 minutes. ANd that is the elipitical with high resistance. It should probably be half of that. Is you equipment giving you that number or is MyFitnessPal???

That new Mederma lotion recently came out that is suppose to significantly reduce them, I'm thinking of getting and trying it out. I'll be sure to let you know if it works!

I hear you on that!!! I think in some way women who have kids will always have that strectched tummy on the inside! But its just takes a ton of core training to even get it to be a bit flatter!!! If i figure anything out for it I will be sure to let you know!! Good luck!!!
