Underarmor (I believe its called "dryfit") Awesome awesome running headband that draws moisture to the outside - I ran all winter with mine last year. (Edited to add glove suggestion) "Magic Gloves" are thin, stretchy, and also worked great for me running all winter. (And I live in a pretty cold area, haha.)

Done - did 20 every rotation in the gym tonight, and a few extra sets at the end. Someday I'll get back to them being fun again =p

Closer to 5'5, and have been 140+. So I joined MFP (a week ago tomorrow!) and started working towards 120lbs. I'm on the road a lot so its hard to progress successfully towards my goal - definately understand it gets tough sometimes! Would be glad to be your MFP cheerleader :flowerforyou:
