Hi everyone... I am looking for some help/advice/tips to compete in my first bikini contest. I am 5'2" and weigh 170 lbs. I am looking to compete in about 24 weeks. So I am looking for a good workout routine and clean eating meal prep plan that will help me reach this goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 5'4" and 141 lbs starting my journey for my first Bikini Contest in 10 months! Feel free to add me if you'd like someone to share your progress/struggles with and to compare diet/workouts with. :)

I don't think that competing in 24 weeks is a reasonable expectation. Have you talked to any competitors about their experiences?

At your height you would have to lose more than a pound per week. Your goal is not realistic. I highly suggest finding a trainer who can put you on a solid lifting program. You'll want a minimum of one year lifting experience before taking stage or you will be very disappointed in your results.
