  • I started my weight loss journey in March of this year. I was at about 270lbs. Since then, 5 months, I have lost 66 pounds. I would like to get at least another 40 off by Christmas. I know I can do it!! I am excited about taking this journey with all of you.
  • I don't know much about the home gym system, but I would definitely go with the barbell. Free weights are going to give the best results.

  • I will be 30 at the end of September so I really don't have that much time. The biggest thing I want to do is cut out processed foods completely from my families diet. We have been doing very well. Also I want to lose at least 15 lbs. I think that's doable.
