i usually just do frozen fruit (usually mango/peaches/strawberries) with vanilla unsweetened almond milk and vanilla whey protein powder :)

in terms of chocolate substitutes, you should get adora disks, theyre calcium supplements in little chocolate disks, come in dark and milk chocolate. and theyre only like 35 cals each but taste just like regular chocolate :)

i get super creeped out when someone goes on a machine right next to me when there groups of empty ones. its like those weird creepy guys that sit right next to you on a bus when its like empty. just no.

everyones different, so you just have to find what works best for you. some people cramp up very easily and have to eat at least 2 hours before doing any work out, so if thats the case and you have an early morning work out, you'll probably want to eat after so you dont have to get up really early :)
