Thanks! I just stuck to my calorie intake and made sure I walked to work (8 miles total) twice a week, also used my cross trainer the other 4 days. Now doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30. Portion control is the key :)

Are you eating your full calorie allowance and Los eating bak one of your exercise cals too? If not this is probably hey your weight isn't shifting. I was the same. I have recently lowered my weight loss to half pound per week (I'm in no rush). I have alo ensured that I do eat my 1260 allowance and that I eat 'some' of my exercise cals back too.
