Jax_30 Ok,,,, this is my first time training for a half..... I am working out 6 days a week, eating what I am supposed to, if not less..... Why am I not budging the weight thing? Frustrating as heck!

  • Are you eating your full calorie allowance and Los eating bak one of your exercise cals too? If not this is probably hey your weight isn't shifting.

    I made the same mistake, eating less than my allowance and defiantly not eating my exercise burn! However I was stuck at 130lbs and didn't move for ages......

    I researched MFP stories and tried a recommendation of eat your full allowance and also eat some I not all of your exercise burn. Pfft! I thought but I gave it a go and it did work - because it kicked started my metabolism.

    I'm seeing a steady loss of between 1/2lb and 1lb per week. 3lbs to go.....

    What are good foods to fill that up? I find it challenging as I am full most times.....

    You can't eat less- need to fuel your body or your metabolism will slow down. Avocados, lean protein, nuts or nut butters, apples....good luck!
