Are you eating your full calorie allowance and Los eating bak one of your exercise cals too? If not this is probably hey your weight isn't shifting.
I made the same mistake, eating less than my allowance and defiantly not eating my exercise burn! However I was stuck at 130lbs and didn't move for ages......
I researched MFP stories and tried a recommendation of eat your full allowance and also eat some I not all of your exercise burn. Pfft! I thought but I gave it a go and it did work - because it kicked started my metabolism.
I'm seeing a steady loss of between 1/2lb and 1lb per week. 3lbs to go.....
Good luck stick with it xxxxx0 -
What are good foods to fill that up? I find it challenging as I am full most times.....0

You can't eat less- need to fuel your body or your metabolism will slow down. Avocados, lean protein, nuts or nut butters, apples....good luck!0
