Thanks alot for replies, I am on a high protien diet so I eat alot of fish. I eat alot of veg too. What is C25k, Im sorry but I have no idea what this is? Yes I need to get into some strength training, what would you recommend for a beginner, would boxing with dumbells be a good place to start?

Your meat choices offers a wide variety. Chicken steaks, meat balls, burgers Beef & turkey. Don't forget you can also eat fish. Thank you, i am very proud of myself. it is hard to say really, don't get me wrong i feel fantastic but it is taking a while for my head to catch up with the weight loss - I am confident it will in time

No don't do attack again just carry on with cruise- do 2 PP days and then go back to alternating days. add your oat bran in everyday it is a necessity on the diet.
