Drinking lots of water or low calorie drink will help to curb appetite thus reducing cravings for all foods. Also maybe try incorporating a refeed day into your cut, perhaps once every two weeks. On this day you can focus more on the foods you enjoy and go over you maintenance level of calories. This could help keep you…

What he said. They're allowed to round 5calories down to zero.

2lbs a day??? Strong maths ability! lol OP, that much weight is possible to lose but it's not a healthy way to go about it. Try 40lbs in 20weeks maybe. 2lbs/week is a good amount to aim for naturally..
-
Very possible. The maximum fat a natural should aim to lose is 2lbs per week. In 2 1/2 weeks you should easily be able to lose 5lbs at a deficit of 1000 calories. So eating at a 500cal deficit and doing 500cals worth of cardio would be fine.

If you're doing low carb/carb cycling for weight loss purposes then, just to be clear, it doesn't actually provide much real benefit. People who are coming up to bodybuilding or physique contests will use carb cycling/low carb diets as a way of reducing subQ water and reducing glycogen stores. It is also beneficial when…

Poptarts thing was just IIFYM, you could say the same about any food.

Cheers! Thx. Lol, I'm just low BF in Feb. Once I get down to 8% in around 3-4 weeks I should look better at least imo.

Strong broscience cuz. Google IIFYM. And when burning that many calories, it is impossible to prevent muscle loss. Unless the weightloss is due to use of a muscle sparing cutting agent of some kind

Although the second link is pedaling some crappy e-book. I was coming here to post about intermittent fasting. I've recently been eating at maintenance whilst putting into practice the principles of IF and have still seen reasonable weight loss. It's a very good principle, although at first you might need to rely on stims…

I generally eat 2300cals in a single serving of food. Try eating nuts or drinking full fat milk if you need to get extra cals. But tbh 2300 is so small that 3 small meals should fill your macros easily.

1g per lb of bodyweight is all that's really necessary AFAIK. Some research has proven that anything beyond that provides no further benefit. But I've eaten up to 450 grams of protein in a day at times and have had no issues. I also know many people who consume 400-450grams daily and have their liver enzymes and lipid…

3-5 Rep range lifting is generally associated with CNS recruitment and development of strength. Whereas lifting in the 8-12 rep range is associated with development of muscle tissue, ie hypertrophy. Although there is obviously some crosssover. For retention of muscle tissue while dieting, I believe there have been studies…
