Try netting at least 1,500 calories. I stopped losing when I ate below my BMR number.

I ran your numbers using this site. Try netting 1,600 calories for a month & see what happens. You are eating below your BMR number. http://thefitgirls.com/tdee-calculator.aspx

Upped my calories from 1,500 to 1,600. I was eating below my BMR.

I never said that I was doing it for weight lost. I just mentioned that I've lost inches. I have a Gluten Intolerance and my symptoms vary when I eat something with Gluten. Why are you all so defensive? Just because I haven't cut it out completely is no reason for an attack on me. If I want to get cancer in the *kitten*,…

I work with a guy who was average size and looked fine to me. He has since lost weight and his face, neck and head all look smaller and sunken in. I had to ask one of his friends if he was ok. I thought maybe he had cancer or something. And I'm not jealous of him. He looks sick. If you don't feel like you look sick, I…

I started out on lose it but I would have to log into MFP to find my food items so I switched to MFP and haven't looked back. I love the forum here.

I had it in both feet after my pregnancy. It went away on its own after about a year.

I never really look at my macros and I still lose weight if I stay under my alloted calories.

I lost inches in my stomach and legs and I've never been 100% Gluten free so I wouldn't say that you don't see any benefits. I'm probably around 95% Gluten Free.

I found a gluten free pie crust at the grocery store. I'm going to try a sweet potato pie instead of the cheese cake.

You could have a wheat/gluten intolerance. Try eliminating it for two weeks & see what happens when you start eating it again.

When I used the Smith Machine to do deadlifts, I injured my back. I haven't had any problems since I stopped using it.

As long as I know in advance, I can plan in advance by doing cardio and eating less during the day. For dinner, I never get an appetizer. I get a salad before my meal and never get fruity drinks. I normally drink Hennesy & diet coke (around 80 calories).

I keep it plain and simple. Feel free to add me as a friend for ideas. Breakfast: -2 boiled eggs -2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon -2 scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach (cooked by the chef at our cafe at work), 2 bacon -Gluten free pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon (on Sundays) Lunch -Grilled Chicken Breast, cheese, eggs…

You can try mixing Miralax with a drink daily and see if that's help. It doesn't cause your body to become dependent on it. I personally used Magnesium Citrate every couple of days.

My mom bought me a membership at Planet Fitness for a birthday gift:) It was $99 for a year. I plan to switch once my membership ends because I'm not able to do the Strong Lifts 5X5 program there since they don't have free weights with the bars.

I do the following 3 days per week (usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday). I normally alternate them but I think I'm going to start combining them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn5yIqFeGlU&list=WLR7kcFbWP-IRn7y1LuNBTyofM7Z0eRylh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WptYxonF1I&list=WLR7kcFbWP-IRn7y1LuNBTyofM7Z0eRylh

Bump. I'm trying to do the same thing.

I use Magnesium Citrate liquid (one third to half bottle) every couple of days.

45 minutes to 1 hour 3 days per week

I joined planet fitness in September. I didn't realize they didn't have a squat rack until after the fact. They have Smith Machines at my gym. I met with a personal trainer once and had her show me how to use the Smith Machine to do the Strong Lifts 5X5 program. I injured my back/side after one week of using that machine…

I tried 3 wraps. I lost an inch around my stomach each time after the first two wraps. On the 3rd wrap, I didn't drop any inches so I didn't get anymore after that. I never gained the inches back. No weight loss at all.

I had tiny bumps develop all over my face and no matter what I did, they would not ago. I eventually figured out that I have an intolerance to Wheat/Gluten and when I stopped eating those foods, the bumps went away. I ate the foods fine for years and never had any issues then all of sudden one day, I started having…

I used the Pillsbury Gluten Free dough to make some crab ragoon. It was pretty good.

I disagree with #6. I think more people today have an intolerance to gluten than you think. Avoiding Wheat/Gluten is no easy task and by no means is an easy out. I struggle everyday trying to avoid these items. I didn’t cut out Wheat/Gluten to lose weight. I cut it out to improve my health (heartburn, chest pain, itching,…

Love the youtube video. Thanks for posting. I'm going to try that workout.
