Mine only shows 'Payment methods'. I just sent an email to customer support. Hopefully, it'll get done by them.

I just started alternate day fasting (ADF) on Monday and I've lost 4lbs in 4 days. It's been the easiest thing I've tried in awhile. Look it up.

I think the problem is with Fitbit. It won't sync with another app I have it setup with through my job.

Aldi has the best GF tortillas and bread.

You can try juicing celery at least 4 days per week. It has allowed me to eat pretty much anything without having any uncomfortable symptoms.

I juice celery 3 to 4 days per week and I'm able to eat pretty much anything I want now. I have noticed that pasta and pizza still gives me a little heartburn though so I try to stay away from those. I notice if I don't juice the celery at least 3 days per week, my symptoms return so I keep a fridge full of celery. The…

Try Olive Leaf and Oregano supplements 3 times/day. This was recommended to me by my holistic doctor and my heartburn went away. You can also try cutting out certain foods. Anything starchy (rice, potatoes) was causing my heartburn but now I'm able to est those things as long as I keep on my supplements.

Hello I wanted to give an update. I started seeing a Holistic doctor and I'm able to eat my favorites like rice & potatoes again. I have added Olive Leaf & Oregano supplements to my daily regimen and they help immensely. I've recently started juicing celery and that has also made a huge difference.

A blood test to test your iron levels will help. Low iron can cause tiredness as well.

Just curious why over 50? Do they eat differently?

According to who? You? I replied based on my own personal experience and someone else also calculated that she/he should be eating more.

If I were you, I would up my calories to 1,600 and see what happens. I find that if I eat below my BMR, I will not lose weight. So, I try to eat right at or a little above my BMR.

Look on Amazon. I ordered one from there & it's really good.

You can add me and view my diary to get ideas. I eat everything.

Does your job have a cafeteria or do you have to go out or bring your lunch everyday?

Where do you live? Just look around your local grocery store or ask if they have anything. I found new stuff on a regular basis at my grocery stores.

I will try deloading on the OHP press down to 40lbs for my next workout. I'll stay at 65lbs on the bench press for my next workout and see how things go from there. I haven't seen any plates smaller than 2.5lbs in my gym and I don't have any smaller than that at home. I'll look around at some local sport stores to see if I…

I'll look into using those fixed weight barbells for the OHP. My gym has those.

Try eating 2,100 calories/day and see if that helps. I hit a stall whenever I ate below my BMR.

Panty lines don't bother me but bare naked behinds in front of me in a workout class do.

I did by cutting out wheat & gluten from my diet. The stomach is the first thing to go.

You were probably hungry from eating under 1,200 calories. You need to eat more. You could add more carbs (baked potato, rice). My diary is open if you want to take a peak. Bfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, 2 bacon, green tea Lunch: Grilled chicken breast salad with egg, cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch…
