Does anyone get heart burn bad? I'm on day 2 and it's really bad today.

I buy the giant buckets of Tums for that reason. I also have a prescription but it seems less helpful.
Losing weight has definitely helped.0 -

I did but mostly at night. Losing weight and reducing fiber, fat, and alcohol consumed in the evening helped. I know you might think alcohol was the main problem but I was still getting it even when I had none for days, weeks, and months at a time.0 -

Try Olive Leaf and Oregano supplements 3 times/day. This was recommended to me by my holistic doctor and my heartburn went away. You can also try cutting out certain foods. Anything starchy (rice, potatoes) was causing my heartburn but now I'm able to est those things as long as I keep on my supplements.0
