Friday I tend to treat myself with a bagel or a croissant or a chocolate bar. I make sure I stay within my goals for the day. If I didn't do that I would binge eat and would still be where I was a year ago.

When I put my hands on my hips I can actually feel my hip bones and I was able to run 3 km without stopping.

I am extreme as well, I log and weigh everything I possibly can. I even have a food scale at work. It is working for me so I will continue being "extreme".

Hard to pick just one so here are my 3. 1. Adjusting my piss poor boohoo my life sucks cause I am chubby attitude (not a habit but I had to change it) 2. using a food scale 3. logging everything. My food scale has become my best friend. I am constantly being teased about it but hey whatever works right. :smile:

I use them 3 times a week when I don't go to the gym. She cracks me up. I love the walking to the hiits radio and party songs dvd's. They work out to be 3 miles each.

Metformin can cause a dificiency in B vitamins and B is very important for those of us with PCOS so just make sure you are taking a good B vitamin. Good Luck

If your taking Metformin just make sure you are taking a B12 vitamin. B vitamin is very important for woman with PCOS but especially if you are on Metformin since it tends to cause a deficiency in B12.
