last summer out on the patio ont the swing. When was the last time........you want camping in a tent?

Just put it the microwave and cok it that way you don"t have to peel it .When done just cut in half and remove the seeds and scoop it out and mash it . It is a wonderful squash. Try all the varities as they are a great vegetable and that way don't get bored with the same old vegs

I did it twice last week and work out till i burn the calories I want to It does get boring after awhile but i somewtimes do dvd as well

just bought the ww fit plus as the other was getting boring and with hot weather not using plan on using 3 times a week and fitness coach 2 times a week and active 3 times a week . gained weight over summer have to get if off
