I've noticed I drink more if I've got a straw. I'll keep a 32oz container of water at my desk & fill a huge tupperware glass and drink that during the day just to make sure I get some fluids besides coffee in me but at home I've got a travel glass w/a straw and it helps. The herbal supplement Feverfew helps with migraines....but you cannot take it as a constant supplement. As with anything, too much is never a good thing. Do some research but I do know people that it has helped. This is preventative only - not something you take, like Advil, if you're symptomatic

Juice some lemons - mince a bunch of garlic & mix it with some EVOO - you can add pepper to give it more of a kick but this is very simple to make & tasty too! (no need to measure - go by taste & preference) ALSO - I just started loading my salad w/fresh pico de gallo - very low on calories but gives some serious flavor!!
