One of the first things I did when I decided to start taking care of myself and improve my diet was throwing out all my unhealthy food. It might seem really wasteful, but found it was the best way to avoid the temptation. Fruits are a great replacement for sweet tooth cravings!

I can fit it into my 1200 cal diet just fine so looks like I'm alright haha. I've lost 6lb so far in the last month so...not bad considering. :)

30lb would totally make a difference. I'm 5'1"-5'2" actually. I weigh 107lb currently but I'm trying to get down to 100-103 range. I started at 113 lb and so far and I can tell my little stomach pouch has shrunk. It's nice getting back to having a flat stomach. Go for losing those 30lbs! You can do it! :D

Having boobs are more of a hassle than they are worth. I'm a D cup, 5'1" and I only weigh 110. Needless to say, I look very unproportionate. It's all in my genes though. Boobs make is very difficult to exercise (bouncing and hitting you in the face, you know haha). I'm actually trying to get down to 100 lb to see if I can…

Changing your goal weight seems alright. Personally I"m 5'1"-5'2" ish as well. Right now I weigh 110lb (I started at 113) and I wanted to get down to closer to my lowest weight which is at 104-105ish. It isn't much, but it makes a big difference to me. Just recognize what is in the healthy BMI for our height and don't pay…

Thanks everyone. All these ideas are great! I think I will slowly cut back and do what someone mentioned about setting aside 100-150 calories for a treat. Then from there, I will try to get rid of my sweets. Does anybody else handle these sugar cravings differently? (bump haha I love all these ideas!)

I'm on a 1200 cal diet. It isn't hard, just eat foods that fill you up and don't waste the calories you can eat. You may not be used to eating smaller portions of food. You want to eat until you are satisfied not "full" or bloated. Some days, I don't exercise and I still only eat around 1000 cal a day. I don't even get…

I just want to lose this belly pudge though! :b Yes, I am pretty young though. I haven't change much in the last 4 years though. My breasts definitely won't get any bigger (they are already at a 32D) and my hips are pretty balanced with my breasts. They have stayed that way since I was 14-15. I also haven't grown any…

I'm just like you. I'm 5'1" (and a bit younger) but actually 110 right now.I want to get to the slower end of the healthy weight and tone my body more which is why I am here. I'm on a 1200 cal diet and exercising 5 days a week (cardio and weight training). I just make sure to not go over the 1200 and I can eat back what I…

Where is the first part of your body which you started losing weight? What's your diet and exercise routine now?
-
I did a quick youtube search and this one gives a good example I think. I haven't done one yet because...well, I just started. Here you go though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIwq-QFREI8 Does anyone have anything on getting flat abs over bulky abs? I'm a woman and I don't really want to look like a body builder but more…

This sounds all very encouraging to me! Thanks! I'll keep in mind toning up and replacing fat with muscle is probably the way to go.

Oh, thanks. Do you have any suggestions on how to tone up well? Any routines?
