Need some tips, advice, and support. :\

I was doing great for about a month, I actually lost 7 lbs and toned up quite a bit. I found that with the new confidence, I got a bit lazy, stopped logging, and I gained 2 lb back and I've been stuck at 108 for the last month. Now I'm back to tracking my calories and exercise here, but I find it harder to keep my diet at a 1200 cal diet like I used to be able to. I'm trying to lose weight not only to be more fit but to reduce my upper chest bagage. That's right. My boobs. At 5'1" with a 34D...it looks ridiculous and un-proportional.

Do you guys have any tips or advice on how to keep the calories down and fat burning off?

GW: 100 - 103 (toned)
CW: 108 lb
SW: 113 lb

Strength Training and Cardio is the way to go in my book - made a big difference for me, and while I loved cardio like tennis, biking, I was never that consistent before this year about a good strength training routine.
Also look at what you are eating - if you eat good, healthy foods and exercise regularly, you will have more calories to work with.

I cannot relate to 1200 calories, but I am 5'10 -- 1800 target and I find I need lots of protein for my body, and try to get a good amount of fiber each day.

My experience has been don't deprive yourself or starve - eat, and eat frequent small healthy foods to keep your metabolism going.
As you get more and more fit your body will crave some calories to run on and burn. Particularly for working out, you need fuel.

Good luck! You can do it. I am nearing goal weight and I could totally see happening to me what you are describing, just out of not wanting to log anymore.

Also spot reducing is very difficult but toning through various resistance/strength training can make a difference in certain areas...

I have found the closer you get the more gradual the process is... but after all it's supposed to be sustainable, right?
