Congrats on your weight loss so far! I would recommend switching up your foods and doing high then low cal dayst (alternating days) to shock your metabolism. Those high/low cal days worked for me every time I hit a plateau.

Love this simulator!

<I'm at 25.2% body fat.

I'm doing the alternative day thing or JUDDD. So every other day I'm fasting (water/coffee only) or eating a low number of cals, usually around 300-500. Before I started JUDDD, I was lucky to lose MAYBE .5 a week. Now I'm losing 1+ lbs a week.

I weigh myself daily, usually right after I wake up and use the bathroom. Every time I weigh, I put it in my handy dandy excel sheet and make a chart so I can see the downward tread. I only truly record on weight on MFP, if I lose a .5-.8 or more.

When you eat do you limit calories? yes i do, especially on my down/low cal days. even on my up/high cal days, I still limit calories. Do you follow strict macros when you do eat? No Do you find you have less energy when you workout (I run, do heavy lifting and do HITT) No. I find on down/low cal days I have more energy Is…

I've been doing JUDDD for 2 weeks now and have lost 2.6 lbs thus far. Before I started JUDDD, I was lucky to lose .5 lbs/week. So I'm definitely excited to see how much I can lose with JUDDD

I'm a military wife of 8 yrs. This lifestyle is tough but it truly makes you stronger. Keep busy if you can, makes the time go faster. Get some military wife friends that understand what you're going thru and depend on your support system - family, friends, etc. You aren't alone! Feel free to add me...

I'm 5'4 and after I had my 2nd baby in 2011, I was 200ish. I lost weight and gained it back but I got serious last year and I'm now 143.4. My first goal was to make it 145. But my new goal is to weigh 135.
-
Idk if this is relevant or not, but i'm on my 2nd week of JUDDD. It's similar to 5:2 but you alternate fasting days with high calorie days. So far so good- I've lost 2 lbs. I haven't lost 1 lb/week since the beginning of my weight loss journey so this is great for me. only 8 more lbs to go!

I scored a 32 but I know I have body image issues. Definitely need to work on it

I'm 5'4 too and recently lost 29 (hit my goal), now down 31 lbs. I'm down to 143.4 but what I've done to help when I hit a plateau is to do switch up how many cals I eat day- high and low cal days. Worked great for kick starting weight loss again.

I measure at the smallest part just because it's so easy to see and consistently track

I've been losing weight and eating sweets the whole time. You just have to find good alternatives to what you like or portion control really well so you don't go overboard.
-
I weigh myself daily...I like seeing the progress, if there is some.

I'm a military wife (been with my hubs for over 8 years now) but I was with my hubby for about 3 yrs before we married. Hun, a deployment will make or break a relationship, truly. I'd say don't marry before you go and take the time to solidify your communication, love and trust. All of that will be tested on a deployment…
