Interval running... but if it hurts your ankles my advice is not to do it but just walk a bit faster or try swimming or cycling which will not impact on your ankles, otherwise you'll cause damage and you will need to rest...you'll then have problems! Hope it works out for you.

Struggling between a 10k and a half marathon...worried about overstretching although I have already done a 10k last year!...Maybe I've just answered my own query! 2014 here I come!

Hi Manda, good luck with the weight loss...you sound determined! I'm just starting up again as well! I lost 2 1/2 stone but then put some of it back on and have around a stone to lose and need to firm up the old jelly belly..should be fun! :bigsmile:
