Today was an alright day. Talked myself out of a potential binge so that is progress.

I had a good day. Got up early and used the elliptical then went to the playground and ran around with my daughter for a couple hours. I think it will be s early bedtime for everyone tonight.

Ugh I found the powered PB to be gross

How is everyone doing today? This morning was really long and stressful but I didn't turn to food for comfort! Weather is beautiful here so I think I will take my daughter and the dog for a nice walk.

I once ate an entire value size bag of raisin bran at my in laws house while everyone was out. When asked what happened to it I lied and said when I opened the bag it spilled all over the floor. Not proud of that

Stupid peanut butter!!! Ugh such a bad day!

Sorry you are having a rough day. Today is going well so far but I'm going out to dinner tonight so I am a bit nervous. I hate that eating out give me anxiety

Needed a snack this afternoon. Had a English muffin with butter. Not the best choice and I will be over on calories but it didn't turn into a binge!

I run a bakery out of my home so eliminating all flour and sugar from the house is not possible. The bread, cakes and cookies I can live without, even rice and pasta aren't that big of a deal. It's the fruits, root vegetables and beans that are going to be very hard for me. I do have an appointment with a dietitian in a…

Good morning! Day is going good so far. Had a good breakfast and now I'm off to the library with my little one. Can't wait for some warmer weather so we can go to the playground. Hope everyone has a great day!

You can add me! Same user name as here.

All recipes I use are carefully weighed out and portioned too.

My diary should be open. I log and weight EVERYTHING at home, which is 90% of my life.

Ugh this stupid site erased my whole post!! A little background. I have lost about 60lbs in two years. I do suffer from hypothyroidism and PCOS but I've had my hormones checked recently and all is good there. I have been gaining and losing the same 2-3lbs since the end of June. Currently doing 1400 cal and up to 50% of my…

I also have a misfit shine and really like it. You are welcome to add me. My user names are the same on here and misfit.

New to misfit and looking for more friends!! Screen name msty112

1380 is your deficit, MFP created a deficit based on the stats you entered. That is what you should be eating to lose the amount per week you selected.
-
I just started on misfit too. I have the same user name there if you want to add. I only sync the misfit to MFP and let the calories adjust and then I add a 1 calorie burn in MFP to keep track of what I did. Looks like it is pretty accurate with my walking and cycling but only about half the steps on my elliptical.

Stay at home mommy of a 2 year old here. Also looking for new MFP friends. Close to goal but need friends to keep me going!!
-
New to the group and to misfit. My user name is the same: Msty112. Always looking for new friends!

Freeze them individually and take one out at a time to thaw. We do this with all our bread products.

There isn't any food that I have completely eliminated from my life. I believe in all things in moderation. That being said, there are many foods that my digestive system now seems to reject being fed, so I try to limit those things.

I'm 5'4" 31years old. I've lost 42 since January 2014 and 65lbs since Aug 2012 with a baby thrown in there. I also suffer from hypothyroidism and PCOS. Weight loss for me has not been easy. I am set at 1200 per my doctors and exercise on top of that. Typically I have to net about 1000 calories a day to loss 1 lb a week.…

Mindless eating infront of the TV and not exercising.

Also on a tight budget here. I shop at Aldi and feed a family of 3 for average of $80 a week. I agree with a lot of the above. Rice, beans, pasta, frozen vegetables, eggs, plain rolled oats, potatoes, bananas, apples. Chicken thighs are a inexpensive protein, just remove the skin and trim the fat. I buy a big carton of…

Are you on medication?

I'm a fellow Ohio mommy. Ravenna area. My little one will be 2 in July. I've lost about 40 lbs so far and looking for others to keep me motivated!

I'm so sorry for your struggles LadyThanata! It is not always as simple as some people put it. My metabolism is very slow and I have to stay at about 1200 plus exercise to lose. There is a lot unknown about PCOS and every woman is different. Sounds like you have good doctors looking out for you. Do you have any other…
