I would but I'm scared how she'll react. She might yell at me and be all "oh so you'll read the Quran to try to prove me wrong but not for your own good?" or some stupid crap like that and I'd really just rather avoid any more confrontation with her...

That's the thing. In that, it says to eat no later than like 6 PM, right? I won't be able to eat from about 4 AM to 10 PM or so. :\ And I also am not allowed to drink ANY water. It sucks being dehydrated.

I'd suggest Olive Garden. :) They have some great low calorie pastas. Their salad is kinda high calorie because of their dressing but what I do is just order it on the side and add how much I want, because they usually put too much. Their breadsticks are my weakness but I've been able to resist eating them more often than…

Thanks for the answers, everyone. I'm sure she'll figure something out. You're right, she's not motivated, I guess. But I hope she can become motivated soon, because I am quite worried for her health. She's not in the best shape physically, emotionally, and mentally. So, yeah..

It's not that she wants magic pills or anything. She wants to lose weight the healthy way. Just..not to be counting calories. Which is unfortunate, because I could help her with it because of how successful it's been for me. Ah well.

I do that. :) I love sweets way too much to give them up completely. Whether it's a chocolate granola bar or a piece of cake or something. I mean, I will still watch the calories on them, and I try to go for the lower calorie stuff, but I don't restrict myself completely.

Yeah, it's that bad for you. Look into the nutrition facts of it and you'll see that. WAY too high in sodium and fat. Really bad for you. I try to eat foods high in protein, and foods low in cholesterol, trans/saturated fats, and carbs. But I mainly just watch for my calorie intake.
