1200 calories a day, set to lose 2 pounds a week. Age: 20 Sex: Female Height: 5'3" SW: 235 lbs CW: 186 lbs GW: 120 lbs Sedentary lifestyle. I don't have a set workout routine, honestly. I just work out whenever I feel like it. Usually ends up being 1 or 2 times a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

I believe my highest weight was around 245-248. That was about 2 to 4 years ago. My lightest was 208 around that time 2 to 4 years ago, as well. I had started dieting for a little while and got down to 208. Then I stopped, and my weight went back up. I'm currently at 186, and my goal is 120. Oh and I'm 20 years old. (:

ONE food? Can't I pick 5? Sushi, cheesecake, poutine, cinnamon buns, and hashbrowns.

I'd love to join! The weather's finally getting nice and warm here(I live in Canada and it's been really snowy lately). I want to aim for a goal but I don't know what it should be for someone just starting off.

I always look up calories and plan my meals for restaurants ahead of time when I go out to eat. If I I can't find the calories for something, I won't eat it.

I'm excited for mine to get smaller, to be honest. They're DD right now and they have shrunk a bit already. Loving it so far. C would be a perfect size for me. :)

Try Penningtons and Additionelle. :)

Good luck! :)

I've read a lot that eating anything less than 1200 is putting your body into starvation mode. I'm saying that net should be 1200. After exercise and all that. I'm not saying that's how much she SHOULD be having. But that as long as it's over 1200, she's likely not putting her body into starvation mode.
-
As long as your net calories are over 1200, you should be okay. 1200 is the minimum you should be getting a day. Anything under that will be putting your body into starvation mode. So if your goal is 1500 or so and you've only been eating 1300, that's fine.

Wish I'd seen this earlier. Would have loved to try this. I suck at doing push-ups though. Does it get easier the less you weigh? I've got too much weight to be able to successfully push myself back up..

It really depends where you live. I live in Canada near the mountains so we have amazing water here. But when I was in vacation in Florida, the water there was disgusting. Had to drink lots of it to stay hydrated though cause we were outside all day doing theme park stuff. But yeah...it had some weird taste to it...

Umm about 800-1000 I think.

Oh obviously it's way too huge. ._. Oops... Here's just the link to it cause it's too big to fit: http://i46.tinypic.com/2luq6wg.png

I know the feeling. I've lost almost 50 pounds but I don't see a change in my body(eventhough my clothes are a good indicator that I have changed). Try taking some pictures every once in a while and compare them. You'll see a difference and it'll help keep you motivated. (:

I try not to. My "cheat days" are days that I leave extra calories for me to have a bit unhealthier dinner, or to have some chocolate later on. But I try not to go over on these days.

My breakfast usually consists of the same things and I just switch it up now and then. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, etc. Lunch is either usually a salad, or I might go out for sushi or something with my family. Dinner is almost always different. Whether we go out for dinner, or make something at home. It's never the same.|…

Date. (:

I always log before dinner to see if I can keep a decent amount of calories at the end for sweets. Also, if I know that I'm going out to eat with my family that day, I'll go on the restaurant's website beforehand and look at the nutritional info and find the lowest calorie meals so I know what I might like to order instead…

Nice!! If you're looking to treat yourself to brownies though, there's these really yummy 90 calorie high fiber brownies you can get. They're available at Costco in the US and I think in Canada now too but I'm not sure. I live in Canada but I picked some up in the US last time I was there. They're really tasty! Here's a…

Nice! I have yet to burn that many from a workout. My record is in the 600's. What kind of workouts do you do to burn that many, if you don't mind my asking?
-
Ooh that's like me, too! I used to be out of breath from just one flight of stairs. Now I'm absolutely fine after -running- up a flight of stairs. :D

Depression. Or seeing really skinny people eating a ton and ton of food and not gaining much weight. :(
