Lunch: Garden salad with turkey and a low calorie dressing. I usually use vinagrettes but I recently found a low fat buttermilk ranch dressing which has half the calories as regular ranch. I know that feeling!! I'd been around 230 to 240 for about 5 years or so until I discovered MFP. Just broke 200 a couple weeks ago and it feels great!! Down to 197.5 now, but aiming for 140! Good job, you can totally do it!! :)

Read a book, watch a movie/some TV, play video games, go on your computer and just waste time doing stuff like playing flash games or stuff. Works for me. (:

I've been eating around 1200 a day just fine. Just eat small low calorie meals every few hours and you'll do fine. One "big" meal a day that averages 400-600 calories and then save the rest for small frequent snacks.

Thanks, guys. (: I know some of you said to not cut anything out but I've done that with quite a few things. Cheese, bread, rice. I'll eat them on occasion but I avoid them as best I can.
