I have him using myfitnesspal now too, we were doing Lose It, but I just didn't like it as much as this. I'm starting at 6:30am!!! It should be interesting lol

You are AWESOME!! I have also tried "dieting" and it so doesn't work. So during the end of last year, I got fed up and decided that's it I don't want to live this way. Back in the saddle, hopefully I can follow in your footsteps! You are an inspiration!

I do that sometimes, and the best thing is just to get back on track the next day. Don't let one day ruin your entire week! Everyone has bad days, it's normal. But get back on track, you can do it!
