Toiletries with dubious scents Bags..I do not know why but people keep giving me hand bags and evening bags which I NEVER use. I am totally and forever attached to my rucksack!

I HATE the entries on the database that state small, medium large etc.. how could you possibly know? What about weighing one of the bunch and presuming that all the others are about the same?

I am small busted but have words of wisdom, do not get one that goes over your head, after a hard work out the last thing you need to do is fight your way out of your bra! I sometimes have to give up and wait until I have recovered before I can get out of the blasted thing!

I love my coffee.. Until after lunch then I switch to tea...don't use sugar or sweeteners..

I found it surprisingly quick, I think its meant to be tbh esp in the early stages. Doesn't he keep saying about you don't have to spend hours in the gym but do these in a short time 3 times a week.. Remember to give yourself the rest between sets good on you

Holland and Barrett are a bit variable but usually have some meat and diary subs (and good sales). Sainsburies have cauldron and quorn as well as own brand sausages and burgers. Goodness direct does online delivery so you could order a lot and freeze if thats possible for you

once a day is only going to be a very small no of calories. I guess your lo is not very little. You can add breastfeeding under food and it gives you more.

I only track saturated fat because I eat plenty of nuts and going over repeatedly on fat annoys me. The one thing that gets me is coconut milk, excellent source of good fats and yet it sends me waay over. However as long as I am fairly much in line with my macros and keep in my calorie goals I am happy.

I can do no full push ups. I do some against the wall - at 45 degrees, you still use your core unlike in all fours ones. My wrists are really weak though and now I have a shoulder injury which has put me back to square one

I went for lightly active too as it gives me some leeway. I log any walking that's not at toddler speed though.

:waves: was veggie, the vegan for 2 years, now back to veggie but also mostly wheat free too

And challenge yourself..10 press ups everytime theres a goal, 10 star jumps when there is a red card..(or whatever your sport is!)

I am veggie too, take a look at my diary if you like. Soup is our friend. Also quinoa. I am not a big carb eater but rice and potatoes are all good in moderation.

i have found the same issue and posted a couple of times on the subject if you search under my name.. I am finding that the biggest difference is that you are going to be weight limited by the dumbbells because of your grip alot more as its not divided over 2 hands and your back, shoulders.
