This happened to me too, persevere, and realise that each section is just a few minutes :) you don't get a body like you want in 20 mins by phoning it in (:))

I came out to myself and my DH as bisexual 4 years ago. Nobody else in real life knows (hence not on FB) also I have never had a chance to explore this part of my…

Matalan too - i wnet for some new yoga trousers, in one type I couldn't get my hips into a 14..the ones I bought are a 12 and they are loose round the waist... I know it doesn't matter what the size says but it means you can never buy anything without taking at least 3 sizes into the changing room and trying them on, which…

I have this too, and have to be totally cold turkey on all refined sugars, I am ok with fruit and even small amounts of dried fruits. the first 3 days of totally cutting it out were hard but now I am fine, i feel so much better for cutting out the highs and lows. I do find though that if I have sugar in an unavoidable…

OP my first time I gave in at 7 mins..I am now on day 6 with one rest day and it's getting much easier. Due to back issues I have to modify the modifications too but I am still doing it! Take a look at my blog if you would like. It's def worth carrying on though

That's so annoying. My mum always tells me how thin I am and its really disheartening ESP when I am well within what I should be for my weight and am trying to lose a bit for health reasons.. I think the norm is very skewed nowadays, so that people on the lower end of their weight range look very slim to those who are at…

Def, i normally find my 1500 is enough, since starting the Shred I am much thirstier but not hungrier particularly. this is where the handful of almonds for 180 ish calories comes in handy. have started treating myself to a bedtime hot chocolate too :) Tomorrow I am going to get my DH to set me up with his HRM so I know…

Almonds :) (very carefully weighed out), nak'd bars (one!), greek yoghurt, blueberries

Would be really interested to hear from those who did adaptations to the shred and still got results.. I can't do the jumping jacks, nor any of the twisting sit ups :( and I have to stick with small weights due to back issues. It's still a really good workout but not the full on one and that's level one, have soon to look…

Thanks for sharing I am on level 1 day 4 too, and beginning to get used to it despite having to make some serious modifications for back issues. I am seeing a Pilates teacher tomorrow and hopefully she can give me some ab exercises that I can actually do! Well done you, fantastic results Btw I log it as circuit training…

Thanks all. I see an osteopath and a physio regularly. The physio said today that it was the twists that really were the bad bit, shes not a great fan of crunches either.. However tomorrow I am seeing a pilates teacher, who has spoken with my osteopath and she is going to really sort me out with apporpriate strength and…

its the twisting crunches :9 am going to stick with the straight and reverse ones

I too am on day 4 level one. Its hard work and good value for 20 minutes. I am making several adaptations due to a bad back but its still good. Looking forward to level 2 though because 1 is already getting boring and I can predict whats going to ache next! I need heavier hand weights too :)

Don't give your brain a chance to turn on, just get up and then you wake up 1/2 way through! But some of us are morning people and some not. I can get up and exercise at 6 but am tucked up in bed by 10 at the latest. Do whats best for you.

1500, usually within and more often about 50/100 calls under it. I am 5'6. I am actually loosing about a kg a week on this. I eat back most of my exercise calories

I am no expert but find it difficult to work on my behind too. I have a tendency to let my quads do all the work :( might you be doing this?

Found my weights, they are only 1lb ones and I didn't feel much difference with and without. I was exercising at 6:15 this morning, wtf is that about? Iam going for some sort of subliminal message on the tape..you must exercise... I did a lot more stretching ESP of my shoulders this morning, I really don't think she does…
