I am also 5'3 and weigh 168. I would like to weigh 145 - 140 or less. I have struggled with my weight all my life. Just recently had a health scare so really looking to become healthy.

You are doing amazing, or rather did an amazing job with your weightloss. It is very hard to stick with losing weight. I think the pics show it all. GREAT JOB! WELL DONE! :flowerforyou:

I have the same problem. I work in a convenience store for 9 1/2 hours every day. Chocolate is my enemy and it stares me in the face every day. I am really good with my fruits and veggies until about 2:00 pm. I really need something to do to occupy my mind and my hands. I love to crochet, so I might take it to work with me.
