day one

I am starting again to lose weight and start exercising. I am 48, weight 252lbs, 5 7", BMI 39.5.
My over all health is good, but I need to get moving or it won't be good! I am looking for all the support, guidance, suggestions & encouragment I can find! I would love to be part of this community.

    I am new to this program and so far I like what I see. I have struggled my whole life with my weight going up and down.
    I have tried every diet known to man-kind.
    I am tired of losing and gaining the same weight.
    I have started to exercise, now I need to watch and keep track of what I eat.
    I also need support and alot of it.
    I am 47 years old, weigh 168.5, 5'2" tall, I know I am short for my weight.
    I am in pretty good shape, but need to get the weight down to where I need to be and stay there.
    I hope I hear from you.
    Everyone needs help and support and friends.
