  • It is so hard to have mental health issues. It is such a vicious cycle and so hard to find right professionals to help and meds. Plus all of that takes energy that is hard to find. I know you are not alone as I for one struggle with mental health issues and am in a very hard place. I hide it from everyone as much as I can

  • I need to lose at least 20 pounds to be at healthy BMI. I have a goal to lose 30, but it has been so long since I have been that weight, I don't know if realistic.
  • I think it is a great goal and very realistic to achieve. I need to figure out the Ticker as I have never used one.
  • I can relate to having a mental illness and how it effects my physical health and weight loss or gain. It can be such a painful, lonely journey. I also see a psychiatrist and have dealt with issues for many years now. I don't share it with very many people. It helps to know I am not alone.
  • I love it as a sub for spaghetti/pasta. I put tomato low sodium or low sodium spag sauce and NF or LF cheese. Yum. Easy to cook. I put in glass casserrole with 1/2 inch water and bake at 400 for 30-40 min
