I wore a HRM to an hour long piyo class and it said I burned 300 calories in that hour, so I would say it's probably 200 an hour. I don't log it.

It's most important to talk to your doctor- that being said: it's my understanding that you should maintain your first trimester, gain at least half a pound a week your second trimester, and gain at least a pound a week your last trimester.

Water works for me. If I eat something and find myself hungry 20 minutes later, a glass of water will usually take care of the hunger.

A big glass of water helps me.

That's awesome. I love eating. I lose .5 pounds a week on 1900.
-
I love wine as well. I set my diary to lose weight slower so that I can have more room for wine.

I'm 5'9" 160 pounds and I try to eat 1900 a day to lose .5 pounds a week. I'm a dance teacher so I dance a lot buy I consider that part of my daily activity so I don't usually count it. I'm following Strong Curves for weightlifting. I also have a doggy that turns into an @sshole if I don't take him on a run at least 3x a…

What do you have your diary set to to lose per week?
-
First, talk to your doctor. I'm under The impression that you need to gain weight and not maintain especially now.
-
Op, what is your height?
-
Ice cream. I don't even like ice cream and the calories are crazy for such a little bit.

I gained weight when I was "clean eating" (obviously I was eating in a surplus, but I was told by a million blogs that all I needed to do was eat clean and I could eat as much as I wanted) I eat pizza and French fries now and I'm thinner than I was while clean eating.

Foam rolling gets easier. I foam roll in front of the tv at night's when I feel a little sore.

S health is a free step tracking app on your phone.

I posted my before and after weight loss pictures on my instagram. I got asked by a fried that sold it works if she could use my pictures and say it was her products that did it. I politely told her to go f herself.

Drink lots of water the next couple of days, stick to a small deficit and most of that weight should fall off. I personally can gain 10 pounds of water weight in a weekend. It's mostly gone in 4 days of a moderate deficit.
-
I was just told by a girl I workout with that i should start working out in long sleeves because I'll burn more calories that way.
-
I track everything. Even if I take a bit of my kids food, I track it.
-
No. Do not listen to this. Water can AID in weight loss for some because sometimes people confuse thirst signals as hunger signals and eat when they aren't really hungry.
-
There's no such thing as starvation mode. Op- how do you calculate what you burn when you workout?
-
I hate the shakeology coaches with a passion so I refuse to even try shakeology. I get added to all these stupid weight loss challenges by coaches so I've started straight up asking the coaches, "are you saying I'm fat?" That gets them to leave me alone.
-
I was recently told that eating any more than 100g of protein a day would automatically turn to fat even while in a deficit.
-
You're not measuring correctly if you're only "pretty sure". Get a food scale and weigh everything you consume. You do not need more strenuous cardio to lose weight. You need to fix your logging. More weights wouldn't hurt though.
-
I find that eating 500 calories from 7am - 7pm then 1000-1400 at night is the easiest way for me to stay in a deficit.
-
Wine and pizza. Losing weight would be a million x easier if I didn't love wine and pizza so much. But I fit them in.
-
I'm currently doing strong curves and I can already see a difference. I did do the first 12 weeks with a slight calorie surplus and i know that helped but now I'm in the middle of the next 12 weeks with a small deficit and i can see a little difference in the roundness of my butt.

What does your fitbit say you burned for your elliptical workout?

Find the longest hilly road in your neighborhood and run up and down it for an hour. For my first trail run a friend of mine told me to just train on a stairmaster and I would be good, she was dead wrong.

Breath in for 4 steps and out for 3 steps works for me

How much do you think you burn on your 4-6 mile runs?
